I've been on Depo Provera for years and years with no problems. My previous shot was on 15 June and I then had some random spotting and some minor pelvic stabbing type pains around 15 August. It all settled after about a week. Then my next shot was on 8 September and now this week I've got random bleeding again, like a proper light period... this time I don't have any stabbing pains but do have period type pains, light cramping, backache etc... I'm 42... anyone experienced anything similar? I've never had periods or spotting on Depo before now. I wonder if it could be early menopause type symptoms but it feels really periody... grateful for any advice, thanks :)
