Vitamins/supplements when preparing for IVF

Hello! I’m new here. Long story short, I have had a miscarriage in the last month. This was our longed for IVF baby. I’m 39 and we have 4 embryos in storage, and we can have a frozen transfer in January.
i want to improve my fitness and eat better, take some control of the things I can. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of supplements/vitamins to take in addition to folic acid? I currently take pregnacare which has the recommended dose of folic acid & vitamin D, but trying to research if there’s anything I’m missing out on.
thanks

I’m so sorry to hear your sad news. It really is devastating isn’t it :( I’m the same, 39 and had a miscarriage end of August at 8 weeks after our first IVF transfer. We luckily have another frozen which I’m hoping we can continue with soon. My next telephone appointment is tomorrow so will know more. Can I ask why you've been given a January date? Is that your choice or your clinics. I was hoping to start again asap but now think I might not be allowed too. Xx

It depends on your body and reasons for your infertility, so the best thing is to ask your clinic as they know you.

I just take wellwoman which has everything I need because our issues are male factor. Really the only thing most people need above a healthy diet are folic acid/ vit D.

But if you have female factor issues then you may want something else and that will be individual to you.
