is backache a common pregnancy symptom?

Hi everyone, my period isn't due for another week and we're ttc. Today my back is absolutely killing me. Cramping & a pulling type of pain. Could this be a symptom of pregnancy? i know it's definitely a preg symptom but i don't think it's usually the first symptom people would get... let me know if you have ever experienced this? :) x

also would like to add that im aware that backache in pregnancy is usually lower back. this pain i have is lower and kind of middle...

Oh this is me right now, I’m 4weeks and 1 day prego and middle part of back and lower back hurts a lot, I did have this one week before testing positive though. This thread was made a year ago, if you was prego that months the a big congratulations on the birth of the baby
