Sterilisation

I'm being sterilised at the beginning of August, just wondering how much time I'll need off work? How long can I not drive? Recovery?

I've had my gallbladder out and my consultant stated it isn't as bad as that. I was off work a week.

It's being done on a Thursday, so I've booked off Friday then I have the weekend. I'm just not sure how long I'll need off!

I was sterilised just under a month ago, I initially had a sick note from hospital for 2 week as I have a very physical job but ended up with a serious infection so had 3 week off in the end.
