Copper coil or implant?

I had the Marina coil but it made me bleed constantly for 5 weeks, so I had it removed.
I'm now considering either the copper IUD, or the implant. Has anyone had experiences with either good or bad? Or of the injection?

I had the implant but it made me bleed often and irregularly. I hated it! I changed to a copper coil in February and it's fine. I have a regular cycle again and no spotting. However my periods are a lot heavier now so that's worth considering. It should settle down in a few months though.
