Hi ladies,

Has anyone got any experience of coming off the mini pill, particularly cerelle?

What were your side effects?

Thanks 🥰

Yes, I felt an improvement in my mood very quickly after feeling quite low on the cerazette ( same as cerelle but different brand).
My normal periods took about three months to come back, and during those 3 months I had a fair bit of bleeding in strange 2 weeks on 2 weeks off pattern.

@Nospringchix thanks! Did you have any pulling/tugging sensations in Lower tummy and hips? Driving me mad! I just want my body back 🙈🙈🤞🏽🤞🏽

You're welcome!

I don't remember having pulling sensations, apart from the cramping that came with the bleeding.

Things suddenly got better after 3 months when my natural regular cycles returned.

Hang in there, you will feel better!Flowers

Hey I started cerelle in January as I was having terrible anxiety on the run up to my TOM. I had terrible moods and stopped my period. I didn’t like it came off 19th March no period yet or withdrawal bleed. I had terrible cramps on the pill and since stopping the feelings in my tummy have been unreal cramping but other feelings too. @NospringchixHave you had your period yet?
