How to tell if Cerelle is working?

Is there a way to check this is actually working? I've had 0 side effects or changes, I was assuming with the cervical mucus thickening I'd be able to tell by discharge but there's no change to the thickness of this, thinner if anything. I'm a bit concerned I may have got a non-genuine product as I purchased online (superdrug online dr). I took this before in my early 20s and had noticeable side effects right away from day 2.

Around when did you start feeling symptoms on this pill? Maybe I'm just worrying too much, it has only been half a month...

(Using purely for endo, no contraceptive use)

I was on Cerelle for years and never had any symptoms at all except lack of regular periods. Sorry, not much help but just letting you know it did work for me despite no symptoms :)
