I got a contraceptive implant (the one that goes in your arm) fitted on Wednesday. I'm pretty certain it's affecting my mood. I feel more short-tempered, touchy and emotional. I had a very bad experience in the past with the Depo Provera injection and I don't want to end up in the same situation with the implant. My question is, is this likely to settle? Does anyone else have experience of a tough few days on the implant before you adjusted? Or should I just get it out ASAP? Thanks.
