Kyleena coil and feel awful...

I had a Kyleena coil inserted a few months ago 6 months after having my second child. I had Mirena prior to starting family with no issues. I'd been on mini pill before this which stopped my periods but since I was taking this when I conceived my daughter thought it might be wise to use a more 'robust' form of contraception as my family is now complete.

It seemed okay for first six weeks, then I had a period about three weeks ago... since then I've felt dreadful - dizzy, sick and lots of spotting and bleeding. I've taken (many!!) pregnancy tests as I feel pregnant but all negative (phew). Has anyone had similar experiences with the coil?

My doctors 'don't deal with sexual health' and the clinic who fitted it can't speak to me until next Wednesday but I feel so crap in the meantime. I'm wondering about taking the mini pill alongside the coil to see if it balances my hormones somehow and makes me feel better!!
