Low motility and morphology

I had 3 MCs since last 5 years. My husband recently had his SA, it results were low motility (28%) progressive, low morphology (0.5%). Our consultant had suggested us to go with ICSI. We are up for it but we just if it is possible to normalise the sperm analysis.

It might be good to post this on infertility.

My partner has low sperm morphology and is taking 200mg ubiquinol, high dose vitamin D, and eating as wide a range of vegetables as possible. Not sure that it's making a difference though.

We're starting ICSI in October.
