Emergency contraceptive

Hi guys
So we dtd Sunday night condom broke. Checked my ovulation tracker app it said I was to ovulate the next day -Monday, day 22 (cycles are irrregular but the app did help me when I was ttc a few times... based on an average of all my months I'd have ovulated tomorrow or today (Tuesday or Wednesday)
So I took the morning after pill on Monday around 2 pm
And then am panicking i should get iud fitted in case it was too late
Anyone got any thoughts ?
And is just v painful? I've had two kids by natural birth

I think if it would be a disaster to be pregnant then I might be tempted. Experience can vary but I had one after two children and it was absolutely fine

the problem is, im about to move jobs. id get no maternity cover.... does anyone know if the company has enhanced maternity and not just statutory (i dont know if they do - TBC), do i have to have worked at the comapny for a certain amount of time to get maternity pay?!?!

as an update - i havent yet had the coil. i CANNOT get an appointment anywhere for emergency contraception. tomorrow is the last day i can hvae it fitted and im in a bit of a panic about it -and because im scared of getting it, i dont really want to be rushing around!
