Help! Clear blue digital ovulation tests

Hi everyone! So I have used these tests before and got a static and since then I went on to have a little boy who is now 2 and a half and I bought these tests the other day to try for our second. my cycles are 24-26 days and I'm on cd11 and still flashing smiley and no peak?! Is it easy to miss your LH surge or more then likely I've actually not ovulated? X
