CD 11 positive ovulation and still bleeding????!

Hey girls!!
I need some help.

I am CD11 and still spotting on and off from period. I had a positive ovulation test on CD8 and then CD10?
My cycles are usually 26-28 days long...

Any suggestions?

I assume you are using a barrier method, or more probably NFP as you are tracking ovulation.

In any cycle when your body is throwing you a weird one, I think you need to use barrier methods until you know you are back into your known rhythm. Though post-ovulation is of course generally safer than before
