Ectopic pregnancy/decidual cast

Hi all, hoping someone can offer advice...I have a drs appt booked for tomorrow but thought I would post here if anyone has experienced similar.... I had my last period on 8th April and started bleeding on 2nd of may, I thought oh maybe I’m just early (not unusual for me) however, yesterday I seem to have passed what looks like a decidual cast. I saw online that they are mostly associated with hormonal contraception (which I’m not on) or ectopic pregnancy. So today I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. Does this mean I’m most likely to have ectopic pregnancy? Has anyone experienced a decidual cast with ectopic? Will I need surgery to remove the ectopic pregnancy? Will it make it harder for me to conceive? Feeling quite worried as we are ttc.
Thanks
