Periods after pregnancy

I had a c-section 10 weeks ago and had the first period straight after that lasted about 2 weeks maybe longer.
Since then I haven’t had another period is this strange? Do I need to worry?

Also it wouldn’t of been a period straight away, you always bleed regardless of type of birth.
