Has anyone used this app and did it work for you?

I haven't used an app, but have used NFP. If the app helps you keep track of what would otherwise have been in your handwritten charts, then it'll be just as good.

But

  • not a method for those for whom pregnancy would be a disaster.
  • not a method for those with unpredictable cycles
  • you need to include basal temperature
  • other symptoms are useful, especially mucus
  • never go by calendar only

I have used and it was great but you need to take temperature every morning and you are only safe if it says you are safe for that day - DO NOT just guess off the calendar - friend became pregnant that way. If you are the sort of person to be able to use it properly then it’s a good idea, but as poster says above, also only if being pregnant wouldn’t be a disaster for you.
