Stopping periods

Hello all,

Please can someone tell me how I can safely stop my period for good. I have hormonal acne and I am thinking of stopping my acne would help eradicate my acne. I have lived with bad acne (tried everything but nothing seems to work) all my life and it is now really getting me down.

Have you tried the pill etc ? I have pcos so I sympathise with the acne mines bloody awful

@elsaesmeralda yes I have in the past but now I am limited on what I can have or can have almost nothing. I can't get a combined pill because I am hypertensive, I can't have injections because I have arthritis and the only good one is progesterone pill which inward given last week but too scared to start taking it 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I just read the leaflet in the pill box and it says do not tale if you have high blood pressure 🙄🙈. I have hypertension/high blood pressure 🤦🏽‍♀️. What do I do?

I take the mini pill which stops my periods, and has no other side effects (on me at least!)
