Missed miscarriage??

I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago having been 2days late for my period which showed negative. I got my period that evening which was heavier then normal. I had breast pain and tummy pain since my period. I woke up this morning to a light brown sac looking lump with dark red hard blood in the middle and a string on the end. It was hard which makes me think I could have passed it hours earlier in my sleep.TMI sorry 🥴Would this possibly be a miscarriage if so would it take 2 weeks to pass?

If your pregnancy test was negative then unlikely.
After miscarrying I got a positive test for up to 5 weeks.

@Kroptopbelly reason I say this is because last year I had a miscarriage and it showed negative as soon as bleeding started
