I haven’t yet had a period after having baby in mid December. But could probably do with giving this some thought. I might be awkward.

I am really bad at remembering to take medication.

I don’t fancy the coil at all.

Would like to try for another baby possibly this time next year, by which time I’ll be 41.

Any suggestions?

The implant? They can take it out as quick as they can put it in so a year or so would be fine. It’s the size of a matchstick and goes under the skin in your upper arm with local anaesthetic.

Condoms especially if you are planning on getting pregnant next year.
