So, my partner and I have decided we want to start trying for a baby. I already have an 8 year old girl from a previous relationship.
I have been diagnosed with PCOS and had a tumour which was affecting my hormones and I didn’t have a period for 5 years. I had the tumour removed about 9 years ago and fell pregnant with my daughter after 2 months of trying.
I just have this feeling of dread and that I won’t be able to conceive. I can’t explain why just that I feel this way.
Have you guys got any tips that help with conception? Any vitamins or supplements you recommend to help with ovulation? I’m already using the Flo app but any help would be appreciated.
TIA.

You might be better off posting in 'conception' (or asking MNHQ to move this thread there) because this is the family planning - as in contraception - topic, so probably wont be spotted by many posters with the relevant experience/expertise
