Spotting?

I'm actively trying to conceive

Since day 14 of my cycle (the best time to get pregnant) I've been lightly spotting

My period is due in 5 days and now it's almost becoming an actual period (had the spotting over a week now)

I'm not upset the chances are I'm not pregnant but is this random bleeding / spotting normal?

I'm very regular normally (28 days) so this is i isla, I've never spotted in between periods before

This is the family planning (as in contraception) topic - you might want to ask MNHQ to move this to 'conception' where it's more likely to be seen by posters with relevant experience/expertise

Have a look at including more progesterone boosting foods into your diet (cruciferous vegetables, lentils, whole grains etc) and see if this makes a difference

@redandwhite1 did you ever find out what caused this OP? I'm going through something very similar right now...

No... happened again this month, it just turns into my period. My cycle seems to be down to 21 days, less if I counted when I start spotting
