Had my DD at the end of June and now looking for a contraceptive. I've previously had the implant (arm) and the pill both of which I have ruled out from my previous experience with them.

Any recommendations as to what's good? Am considering the patch but don't know anyone that has had it so if anyone has, would you recommend?

Are you breastfeeding? If you are, then combined contraceptives can affect milk supply. If not, then there is a larger choice e.g. mini pill, pill, coil (mirena or copper), patch, vaginal ring, depo jab, etc
