Morning after pill help!

Me and DP stupidly had an unprotected fumble last night not realising I was on my ovulation day.

I’m still breastfeeding so it says online I can only take the Levonelle but this isn’t affective If I’ve already ovulated and contains lactose while I have a CMPA tot.

I can’t get a copper coil fitted as my cervix is scarred almost shut due to a few rounds of CIN treatment and they said there isn’t enough give to insert it (couldn’t birth DD naturally either)

Would lactose affect CMPA if that’s usually the proteins in milk? Any point now I’ve already ovulated? Is this really a waiting game to see if my period arrives now?

I know we are clearly irresponsible idiots and I’ll be starting the mini pill from today I have it here but hadn’t started taking it yet.

Lactose is the same sugar that's in breastmilk

@dementedpixie I didn’t know that! I’ve never really looked it up thank you! I’ll call my local sexual health clinic and see what they recommend.

Could you get the arm implant for contraception?

@Monday55 the clinic told me either the coil or mini pill only but I’m not sure if that’s because I’ve always taken a bad reaction to the stronger hormone contraceptions
