Migraines and the pill

I have always suffered from migraines - usually one every few months, for that reason when I swapped from the implant the doctor put me on the mini pill (cerezette) because you shouldn't have the combined pill with migraines due to increased risk of stroke.

I have been on cerezette now for 6 months and my migraines have shot up, monthly or every few weeks and a few times I have had three migraines in a day.

I get a zigzag aura, headache, nausea

Just wondering if anyone else is having or has had this experience. I want to start trying to conceive in December and will be coming off the pill September so wondering if I should just battle it out till then.
