Period on last day of pill. Help

I'm taking Gedarel, a combined pill. I've started in January so should have settled now. I usually get my period two days after the last pill but sometimes it appears on the day of my last pill.
Does this happen to other ladies? I don't understand how it could start when I'm taking the last pill of my pack.

Im on Gedarel as well, started taking it in October. Not sure why your period would start before your pack has finished. I have the opposite problem my period takes nearly a whole week to start, it usually starts on a monday and I start my new pack the following day
How are you finding it otherwise?

Thank you for your reply. I like Gedarel otherwise. This starting early has only happened twice so I'll keep an eye on it. I'm 37 and maybe that's a reason. Didn't like the minipill because I just kept bleeding on and off....
