Return of AF after contraception

Hi. I currently have nexaplanon in (6 months), previous to nexaplanon implant I was using sanya press - the injections you can do at home, for 1 year, previous to that depo for 2 years and previous to that nexaplanon implant again for 3 years.
From research and reading it seems that fertility returns to normal almost immediately to 6 months after removal of implant but up to 2 years after injections...
What if wondering is if the return to normal periods etc will be even longer for me because I have been using different methods of contraception for a number of years with no break in between?
