Now on the mini pill noriday and understandably I have some serious trust issues with contraception. I was wondering if anyone's fallen pregnant on it? Or the mini pill in general. I can't take anything else due to a past history of migraines and I'm not sure I'm ready to say no more babies so the snip for hubby isn't an option!! Any stories will be helpful. I've heard so many mixed reviews on our effectiveness! X
