Pain in bowels after coil fitted

I had an emergency IUD fitted 5 days ago. For the past 3 days I've had a stabbing pain in my bowels when I sit down, when I stand up again, when I run, jump and sometimes when I walk. It also hurts when I start a poo or pass wind Blush
Is this normal?! Thanks
