So I got the Mirena coil fitted about 2 weeks ago, mainly to try and stop endometriosis pain, since then I've been bleeding pretty much non stop, pretty lightly.

I've also had cramps on and off, they've stopped for days then come back.

Today the pain is insane, it's like there's a vice getting tighter, stabbing pains, uhhhh. I've thrown up several times because of this and can't really walk because of the pain :(.

Is this normal? I tried to feel the strings and can't (never been able to though) so I'm not sure if it's out of place or something.. I would go to a and e but with the current situation don't think it's a good idea..

Any help pleeeease! Anyone else experienced this at all?

Sorry you are in so much pain, OP. Sounds miserable.

I've never had an IUD, but I have ovarian cysts and the pain and vomiting is as you describe.

Could be a hormone imbalance while your body gets used to it. Or it could be irritating the womb and causing spasm pain.
