Not sure what contreception I should take after having my 4th baby 3 weeks ago. I’ve been told I’m not allowed to be sterilised because of no nhs funding, I can’t use anything that has hormones because I have bad reactions mentally and physically and have tried nearly all types including the coil. I think my only option left is the patch so does anyone have any reviews or help? Thanks.
