Mirena Coil. Period Suddenly stopped

Hi , another Mirena themed question (there seem to be a lot here!)
I had my coil fitted end of November and in December I had about 10 days of spotting / period. Next month the same , maybe even slightly longer spotting / bleeding , closer to 2 weeks. This month there's been nothing. I'm around 7 days late. I've done two pregnancy tests and both negative.
I know the coil can stop periods but I didn't expect it to be that sudden after 2 months of lots of bleeding to nothing at all? Does anyone think this is normal? I checked at the weekend and strings are still there.
I googled a lot and someone said somewhere on the internet that the hormones from the mirena could give a false negative pregnancy test so that is worrying me a bit!

I'm only second coil, had them fitted for more than 6 years now. I can count the number of periods I've had in that six years on one hand, and even then they've just been spotting. Welcome to a new period free world!

Yep, none here. Mirena number 3 - slight bleeding for a while after fitting then no more. Happy days!

Ooh nice hopefully all is well and I'm period-free without pregnancy!!

I had one bleed (5 days heavy, a few light/spotting 2 weeks total and nothing since. Paranoid I'm pregnant but at my age it would be a miracle anyway. Am planning on taking a trip to the friendly nurse if nothing after another week just to reassure myself it's in place and I'm not pregnant!

Hey I was wondering if you had any advice at all? I’m in a similar situation I’ve had a mirena now for 6 months but all of a sudden my period is now around a week late. I have all the symptoms such as bad skin, slight cramping and mood swings but no bleeding?? Last month my period was on time and normal and I was just wondering is it possible for your period to just suddenly stop like that?? Terrified I’m pregnant!!
