LH/FSH levels

So I have been having many hormonal issues in the last 5 years. In the last 6 months these have got worse:acne on my back and chin I'm 28 and have never had acne before, irregular heavy periods they range from 26 to 31 days depending on the month, severe bloating and water retention, severe breast tenderness and I basically feel pregnant every month, I'm not on any contraception but definitely not pregnant. Anyway I had my bloods done on cycle day 4 and my LH was 14.300 and my FSH was 7.900. My LH seems high, does anyone know?

Both those levels are within normal ranges as far as I'm aware.

Yes so I think if the FSH levels were the similar to LH then it would be fine but seems unusual having the difference. Umm I cant get a doctors appointment till the 18rh ahhh
