Mirena Crash

Hi, I'm looking for any help/advice? I had my mirena coil removed in August to start trying for our 2nd baby. I'm not pregnant yet but my question is, has anyone heard of or experienced the mirena crash?
I had never heard of it until a friend mentioned it and it all seems to make sense now.
I had my 1st one removed and fell pregnant quickly with my dd, whilst pregnant I developed severe anxiety. I got my 2nd one when she was 4 months and was doing ok but since removal this time I have gone back to square one, terrible anxiety, fatigue and when reading symptoms of mirena crash it all adds up. I'm wondering if this is a real thing and of so, what can help? A friend suggested evening primrose oil??

Thanks in advance xx

It might be worth re-posting in the 'conception' topic?

Posters here in contraception tend to focus on active prevention!
