Just looking for advice from others who have stopped the depo, wondering whether or not to go to the doctors,
I had my last depo injection May this year, I got my first period back in October so 5 months after but since then I've been having periods every two weeks instead of every month.
The advice on the NHS page said it could take 18 months for periods to return/ become regular but the trouble is they are regular like clockwork just way too frequent,
I've heard that the doctor can prescribe you medication to encourage a regular cycle to get your periods back to once a month but not sure if this is still the case and also don't want to waste doctors time if they're going to tell me to wait 18 months as per NHS page anyway...
Does anyone have experience of anything similar and did you get medical advice?
There's loads of pages on periods not returning but haven't seen anything on this so any help would be great
