Nexplanon experiences please

Hi,

My first post so please be gentle.

I have had a nexplanon implant in since Feb 2018. DS was 4m old and still breastfed. All went ok, had spotting at the start and then nothing! Great!
Once I decided to stop breastfeeding...4 weeks later, I had a period! This was Sept 2018.
From then, it was pretty crap... lots of bleeding but then got more regular with a period every 2-3 weeks! Nurse said normal and to give it 6 months, by which time it was more predictable.
Until mid August 2019...ive had nothing since!
Has this happened to anyone else?
Could I be pregnant?
Help!

I've had various periods of getting periods, spotting and nothing on the implant. Only really found the bleeding to get worse after two years of it though, when I feel like the hormone was potentially wearing off a bit and letting the bleeding build again.

It's extremely rare to get pregnant on the implant, but obviously can happen. No one else's experiences will really help you other than just taking a test.
