Contraception recommendations

Please advise what contraception I can have?

I've had 3 implants in my arm.

Had them taken out due to the chemicals and my mental health.

I've had the coil for 4 years. Periods painful and heavy. Plus I pulled it out yesterday.

I'd forget to take the pill.

Is there anything else? No condoms either ta x

Can you use combined contraceptives or do you want non hormonal? Vaginal ring is combined - insert for 3 weeks, remove for 1 week. Can you still get a diaphragm these days?

Tha is I'm clueless. I can't have anything that contains hormones x
