The arm implant

So I have been on the implant (the arm One) since December and every thing was fine but for the past 2 months I have had non stop bleeding aches and bloating is there anything I can take to stop it !

I had this, went to the doctor and they prescribed one of the pills (mini pill) to take along side it but in the end I had it taken out as it didn't work. I can't have 1 hormone contraception as it makes me bleed constantly
