I have very irregular periods so have no idea when my next one is due.
I have been prescribed the combined pill by my doctor who has advised me to start taking it straight away. I forgot to ask her and can't find the information online so thought I'd ask here.
Any ideas how long it has to be taken to stop ovulation. I've got a big event coming up over the weekend and wonder if it will have time to stop a period if one was looking. I never get symptoms beforehand so can't rely on knowing where about in my cycle I am. Sorry it's all a bit vague.
