Mirena after insertion- problems

Hello you lovely lot

I had my fourth mirena coil fitted on Tuesday. I'm 50 so it's for HRT purposes. I've always had a tricky time having them fitted due to a tilted cervix so this time I saw an HRT specialist gynaecologist privately. I was terrified about having it done as it always hurts. A lot.
BP was taken before procedure (196/101) was very high but afterwards it went down to 146/88. So still high but infinity better.
The fitting was horrendous. Lots of local anaesthetic required and my body went into shock (uncontrollable shaking) and there was lots of blood. The consultant said next time it would be done under sedation.
After the fitting of my others I've had a tiny bit of discomfort but this time I feel really crampy, (5 days post fitting) and very light headed and dizzy. My blood pressure (tested at home) has been high. GP is doing a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring next week along with an ecg and blood tests to look at the high blood pressure.

Anyone else experienced the same? When did it improve and was it connected to your blood pressure?
