Hi guy, I'm wondering if someone can help me? Im TTC and have been prescribed 5mg folic acid,iv also purchased Inofolic to take because iv heard a lot of good stuff about it so I'm giving it a go. Inofolic contains 400mcg already in it I want to know can I take the 2 together?
