Which pill day to take after having MAP

On Tues morning DH & I DTD (rare occasion now we've 2 little ones and my libido is rather non-existent so makes this experience rather pants!). That evening I took the FIRST pill (Levest) of the packet after my 7 day withdrawal break.
4hrs later threw up with a vomiting bug. Pharmacist said too close to call so advised the MAP.

Took EllaOne but advised me not to take Levest for 5 days since the ingredients in Levest can lower effectiveness of the MAP.

So far, so good.

So after the 5 days which oral contraceptive day do I take? Do I start a packet afresh or literally miss out 5 pills (but effectively only giving me just over 2 weeks of the pill) and carry on?

Take a pill marked with whatever day you start taking it again. Take one a day until you have used them all including the missed ones. You would need extra precautions for the first 7 days of pill taking plus for the days you are not taking any

Thank you dementedpixie so I miss 5 days of pill taking (let EllaOne do it's thing!) then just take all the rest of the packet (day at a time) even though it'll push the date of my normal withdrawal week back 5 days?

Think I'll look for an alternative contraception!

Would you be bothered by the withdrawal bleed changing? Its easier to just take them all and know you'd be protected rather than only take 2 weeks and then have to use another form of protection in the pill free week as you won't have taken the full amount of tablets to protect you in that week.

Or alternatively, take the remaining pills each day (including missed ones) and then run the 2nd pack straight after without taking a pill free week and then have your week break after that.

No not really, my bleed has still been coming a week before the withdrawal week anyway!
Yes did think about running straight into the 2nd pack.
