Contraceptive Injection advice

I had the Injection in december and ever since I had it I've been light spotting/bleeding every day. Will it stop with the next Injection? I'm due in a few weeks but don't want to bleed for another 3 months. Anyone else have this?

I was the same and a second injection didn't stop the bleeding. I gave up after that
