Could I be pregnant using Mirena?

Massive TMI if funny about periods

Hi all
NC but long term user because I’m hoping this is all a ridiculous panic I’ll laugh about in the near future!
I had a Mirena put in in May because of horrific period pain. Had a massive period after, then absolutely nothing until this week. I felt crappy, sick and crampy NYE so did a test as lack of periods makes me a little paranoid and I wanted to make sure that I could drink. Negative so went out etc
Yesterday I noticed a little bit of pink blood when I wiped. Little bit crampy still so assumed I was finally getting a period so stuck a pad on. Pad was clear. Went to wipe earlier today and there was a little pink blood still so I put a tampon in. I’ve just taken it out and there’s the smallest bit of brown blood on there. I’ve googled and google says to wait 5 days to do a pregnancy test as the HCG has to build up if it’s implantation bleeding
I know I’m being over dramatic but I’ve literally just started my dream job today.
Does this sound like I could be pregnant?
Does it sound like a normal mirena experience?

I got occasional spotting with the mirena so I wouldn't assume pregnancy from what you have described. The rest of the time I had no periods

Everyone reaction is different with the Mirena, first one I had I didn't have any periods for 3 years. Seconed one I had random light bleeding quite often, ended up having it removed as it never settled down like the first time.
