Nexplanon removal

My nexplanon runs out on 2nd Feb. I have phoned up to make an appointment to get it removed and we are hoping to have DC2. However the soonest they can book me in is in 4 weeks time which is fine in terms of time frame but the implant it’s self has started hurting. It pinches and aches and some days the pinching causes a trapped nerve/numb and tingling feeling down my arm. Is there anyway I can get this removed sooner or is there anyone else apart from my GP who can do it?

Sexual health clinic. Run at your local hospital. Mine has a walk in service
