When to start trying again??

Just after a general idea of when people started trying again after miscarriage?

I had mc in September 2018 and currently going through another now, I'm sure (scan to confirm on Thursday).

I'm absolutely desperate for a second child and in my head I want to try again ASAP as I did after the 1st mc but frightened this is all going to happen again. Would you say it's better to let the body heal before trying? Any successful experiences would be very helpful. Thanks
