I started Cerazette nearly four weeks ago (pack due to finish on Tuesday). I realised yesterday that I forgot to take Fridays pill. Did the deed Wednesday night. I've had cramps since last night and some spotting today.
I know my period would be usually due this Wednesday so I'm not sure is the spotting related to this. When I was on Cerazette before I never had any bleeding.
Do you think I could get pregnant? I know to use condoms for 48 hrs after missed pill. But now I'm worrying that sperm from Wednesday could still be alive 
.
Can missing one Cerazette pill trigger ovulation?!?
Help! I have an 8 month old and no plans to have another any time soon.
