Hi, I have been having symptoms for a while which I am pretty sure are endometriosis of the bowel. I have a hospital appointment coming up soon for this. Has anyone else had this? The treatment for it sounds pretty grim - either do nothing and it'll probably get worse, or have parts of your bowel removed and end up with a colostomy bag. I'm terrified.
