Someone please please help me! Do not judge me! I had a surgical abortion a week ago(14weeks) which I deeply regret 
My doctor did not prepare my cervix before the procedure & I was under general anaesthetic! Now I am worried that I'm messed up inside and I really really do want a baby in the future. But with the thoughts going around in my head I'm scared that something might have went wrong that I'm unaware of. I've been having cramps and bleeding till now. Main question is does the cervix always have to be prepared before ? Or?? anyone with similar experience?
