I just had my Mirena coil in about 2 months now. I have had Mirenas since I was 25 and never had a period. Not even spotting! Now I'm 44 and I am having a period which is rather odd! I am also feeling hormonal far more than usual. Is it usual to suddenly bleed on the Mirena even though you never did with all the previous ones?
