I got a mirena coil fitted last Wednesday (26th) never had one before so wasn't sure what to expect. Well it seemed fine only spotted for first 2 days then nothing for 3 days but last night I started bleeding quite a bit. Today whist I was at the loo I noticed one of my strings had fallen out when I was wiping. I'm struggling to check if the other one is in place cos of the blood is making it harder to feel. Should I be concerned?
